Mentorship terms and conditions
By booking a Webflow Mentorship Session, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all mentorship and training services provided by Bjornflow.
1. Scope of Service
The session includes:
- A live 1:1 session (or team session) focused on your needs
- Practical guidance, feedback, and problem-solving during the session
Sessions may cover Webflow development, structure, CMS, performance, workflows, or general guidance based on your request.
Not included:
- Design, development, or implementation work outside the session
- Ongoing support beyond the booked session
- Written reports or deliverables (unless agreed separately)
2. Process & Booking
- Sessions are booked directly through the scheduling system
- You will be asked a few questions before booking to provide context
- Sessions are confirmed only after payment is completed
- I may review your request before the session to prepare
If your request is not a good fit, you will be notified in advance and issued a full refund.
3. Payment & Fees
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
- Pricing is as stated on the website or booking page
- Sessions are considered confirmed once payment is received

6. No Guarantee of Results
The session provides expert guidance based on experience and best practices. However:
- No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed
- Implementation and results depend on your actions and external factors
7. Limitation of Liability
Bjornflow is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, data, or business performance
- Issues resulting from implementation of guidance
- Third-party platforms, tools, or services
The audit is advisory in nature.
8. Communication
Communication takes place during the scheduled session.
Additional support or follow-up may require a separate booking.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and paying for a session, you confirm that you:
- Have read and understood these terms
- Agree to the scope, process, and limitations of the service
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU regulations. Both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before pursuing legal action.
