Audit terms and conditions
By purchasing a website audit, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all audit services provided by Bjornflow.
1. Scope of Service
The audit includes:
- One 15-minute introductory call to align on goals and context
- A written insights document outlining findings, issues, and recommendations
- A recorded video walkthrough (Loom) explaining key observations
The audit focuses on website structure, UX, UI, performance, clarity, and conversion-related issues.
Not included:
- Brand strategy or full brand analysis (unless directly relevant to website effectiveness)
- Design, development, or implementation work
- Ongoing consulting or follow-up calls beyond what is stated
- Third-party tools, paid audits, or competitor research unless explicitly agreed
2. Process & Timeline
- The 15-minute call must be completed before the audit begins.
- An invoice will be issued after the call.
- Work starts only after full payment is received.
- Delivery timeframe is 3–5 business days, starting after:
- the call is completed, and
- payment is received.
Public holidays, weekends, or unforeseen circumstances may extend the delivery timeline. You will be informed if this happens.
3. Payment & Fees
- Full payment is required upfront.
- Payment is processed via invoice.
- Payment confirms agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
- Prices are non-negotiable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the service:
- No refunds are offered once work has started.
- Once the audit process begins, the service is considered in progress and non-refundable.
5. Use of Deliverables & Intellectual Property
- You may use the audit insights, document, and video internally for your business.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the audit materials as standalone products.
- All methods, frameworks, and analysis approaches remain the intellectual property of Bjornflow.
6. No Guarantee of Results
The audit provides strategic and professional recommendations based on experience and best practices. However:
- Bjornflow is not responsible for outcomes, results, or performance after implementation.
- Implementation decisions and results are entirely the client’s responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bjornflow is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, data, or business performance
- Technical issues caused by implementation of recommendations
- Third-party tools, platforms, or hosting issues
The audit is advisory in nature.
8. Communication
- All communication will take place via email and the scheduled call.
- Additional support or clarification beyond the delivered materials may require a separate service or consultancy booking.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By paying the invoice, you confirm that you:
- Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
- Agree to the scope, timeline, and limitations of the audit service
